The Incredible Art of Mark Melvin Strege

8808 - 36th St. N.
Lake Elmo, MN 55042

When Mark was but a few hours old he stopped breathing and turned blue. Although no one can be certain, there is every reason to believe that he had a near-death experience during that crisis - because- even from his earliest years he displayed the full profile of after-effects and behaved as if he had had one. Mark was killed in a one-car accident when he was twenty. He told his mother once, " I've always thought I would die young. I don't know why. Just a feeling." His ability to know things increased with each year, along with his incredible ability as an artist. Many aspects of his pending death he knew in advance. His mother, Glenda, chronicled all this in her self-published book about his death, entitled "WAKING ANGEL." The family, after much prayer, decided to make some of his art available to anyone who might be interested, via simple prints. To inquire about the various paintings, contact his mother directly. Especially ask about his masterpiece, "WAKING ANGEL," and his mother's book with the same title.
New from Glenda Lee Strege is the wonderful book, "KINDRED SPIRIT." In this she talks about afterward when she and her husband Ray tried to make sense of Mark's death. What they discovered is a veritable 'goldmine' of thoughts and visions their son left behind, a treasure to uplift and inspire us all.
