Jeffrey Spender Wickstrom is an award-winning, independent film maker (THE SUNDAY CHILD), an honors graduate of San Francisco State University Film Department, and AFI Center for Advanced Film Studies. His genius for creative imagery grew from the near-death episode he experienced when hit by lightning at the age of 10. He is currently seeking funding to produce a number of films, among them: "Jet Stream Blues," "Far Travellers," "Child in the Man," and "A Bolt from the Blue." I have seen some of his work and can personally attest to his elegant professionalism. Few film-makers have the ability to turn simple themes into spell-binding stories that stick with you - a rare gift.
Jeffrey was seriously injured when attacked by robbers some time ago. To augment medical care at the time, he turned to the earth and its spirit helpers in creating a special garden and in learning how food and herbs can heal. This endeavor enabled him to turn from anger and resentment to forgiveness. The earth sculptures he made then were remarkable (one is pictured below). A recent fall has forced him into early retirement from his teaching position. His doctors simply telling him, "Yes, you may return to full time film making if you promise to sit in that chair which says, 'Director,'" thus allowing him to reach the young audience he's been writing scripts for since before this New Kid audience was even born. Please call him at his contact telephone, especially if you are interested in funding opportunities for Jeffrey's comeback spiritual science fiction feature films, e-book, premium cable T.V. movie, non-violent multiplayer video games.
